What this edition does
This static site does not provide accounts, comments, newsletter collection, analytics or advertising scripts. Journal search and serving calculations run in your browser. Their values are not submitted to a site-owned endpoint, and the application does not use cookies or local storage.
Hosting and external links
The hosting provider may process network and security information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. The public website does not require a visitor account or login. External source links lead to sites with separate privacy practices. No external fonts or images are loaded by this site.
Advertising and Google
This site publishes a Google seller authorization record and an account verification meta tag. Neither loads advertising or sets advertising cookies. Google ad scripts are not currently active. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect ads; personalized ads may reflect visits to this and other websites. We will update the implementation and provide required consent choices before enabling those services where applicable. Google My Ad Center provides personalization controls.

You can choose not to follow external links and control cookies through your browser. This notice describes the launch implementation as of October 11, 2026.
